Gypsy Vanner horses are rich in history and a cornerstone of the Gypsy culture. Although there are no absolute records of their origin, it is thought they evolved over 100 years, and are the result of mating Shires and Clydesdales as well as Dales and Fell ponies. It is believed that the Gypsy Vanner gene pool may also include certain Galloway and Fresian trotting ponies that have since become extinct. Her artistic creativity has been focused on the cultural beauty of indigenous tribes, nature, and iconography. Mediums include oil, pastels, colored pencil, scratchboard and photography.
